Honeybee Hive, Microphone, and Sound Processing Equipment,12' x 40" x 36",2008

Sounds were taken in real time from the live honeybee hive and transformed into an electronic sound composition, performed over the course of a month. The bees were free to leave the gallery and forage for food through a tube in the back of the installation.
